In 2013, Gerald Griffin started Gerald Griffin Heating and Cooling Services to pursue his passion in making every home in the Gaston County Community comfortable for their residents. 7 years later, Gerald is driven by the pride he has in his success and his employees work ethic. Having a small and local business is much more intimate and close knit than large corporations and we take that very seriously. We are located in Belmont, NC and have employees that put all of their effort into making every day at work a victorious day.

Gerald provided wonderful customer service to my elderly father. He was prompt and courteous, taking extra time for conversation which meant a lot to my dad. I would highly recommend Gerald for any heating/cooling needs.

Gerald and his staff are awesome! He came out the same day I called and fix my HVAC quickly. Pricing is very reasonable as well. Will definitely call them again if I have issues in the future and recommend them to anyone else who asks!

Thank you Gerald for the honest advice you gave me regarding my HVAC systems in my home. You could have allowed me to purchase unnecessary equipment, but instead, you provided sound and honest advice as to how my HVAC system works and the true expectation for how each system will perform. In today’s business world it is hard to find individuals who are willing to give good and sound advice even if it means not making an equipment sell. When I do need to replace any HVAC equipment you will the only person I call.

Gerald Griffin Heating & Cooling is extremely well priced and they provide great customer service. The owner is extremely pleasant and was able to come out and service the next morning. Great small, local business and will definitely be using again.

Gerald Griffin spoke with me last night and walked me through checking the wiring and the unit to see if there was something he could talk me through without having to come out for service. We were unable to figure out precisely what was wrong, so he came out first thing this morning and found the module was bad and he replaced it for me. Everything is working great now. I highly recommend Gerald Griffin. He was very kind and honest about the whole process and his prices seemed fair. If you need HVAC assistance, go with Gerald. Do not go with Morris Jenkins or any of the big boys.
