The new system is more efficient and will use less electricity and/or gas. Maintenance Agreements - We will provide regular maintenance for your heating and cooling systems, prolonging the efficiency and lifespan of the unit. You will receive two planned inspections annually and will receive discounts on repairs.

Stay away from this guy...
I had him come take a look at my AC unit because It wasn't working. So I called him and he quoted me $50/pound for R407c which was cheaper that the quote I received from another company ($100.00) When he arrived he hooked up the gauges and observed my system was 50psi low. so he grabbed a tank of R407c and "said" he put three pounds of R407c in the system, but he didn't use a scale and only eyeballed it. he didn't even check to see if the system took R407c or check anything but the pressure of the system. He did no troubleshooting or checking, didn't turn one screw to check panels or anything. What he put in the system only lasted one day and the house was back to hot. So I called him and he wouldn't answer the phone or return any of my messages. Now I'm out $210.00 for a shoddy job and the system is still not repaired. This guy ripped me off and I really don't understand why, he was supposed to be a professional AC repair guy, but his actions show he is just a shade tree ac repair guy that didnt do anything he promised and was paid to do. I have also filed a complaint with the State of Alabama Board of Heating/Air conditioning contractors for stiffing me out my money.
Like I said in the beginning... Stay away from this guy and hire a more reputable company to do your AC repairs.

We had a problem, he came same day,fixed the AC. Told him I wanted a new larger unit. Gave me the price. Couldn't believe. We said install. Nice man. Love the unit. The 4 ton keeps house warm and AC keeps it cool. Highly recommended.

Love Dana's honesty! He makes it right - he goes the extra mile. I couldn't imagine calling anyone else. He's prompt, and on time - and he makes time to talk to you so you understand what's happening. Love him!
