Shane is a very professional and helpful comfort specialist. He checked out our current situation, identified the solution and had several options for us to choose from. Shane handled all the behind the scenes work and made the process seem too easy. Shane was able to get us taken care of two days earlier than we had expected and Justin and Jimmie did an outstanding job installing the system. Shane stopped by more than once to check on the job and identified additional small things that needed to be taken care of and had them addressed. Once Justin and Jimmie were complete, Jimmie went over everything and made sure we understood how to use the thermostat and mobile app. We are very pleased with our new system and the installation of it. I recommend you ask for Shane, Justin and Jimmie for any HVAC issues that you have!!!!!!!

The crew I had do my AC was very courteous and polite. The cleaned up behind their self and went above and beyond what was expected of them. They had to pull all the AC stuff out and start from scratch as if I didn’t have AC before and in three days they had my house back at 70 and kicking I thank you Huggie of course…. An amazing experience! First speaking to Keith on a service call we LOVED how honest he was with the issues as well as our options. Shane afterwards came by and again the professionalism was phenomenal! He gave us our options and explained everything so thoroughly that we were able to make a decision easily. Not to mention the team that did help get everything set up I wanna thank Johnathan, Patrick, Phillip and Jimmy! Although I did not speak to each one personally the ones I did speak to were very helpful and kind, and the team in all did just an amazing job within a great time frame. I can’t even begin to explain how enlightening it was to have this company take care of getting me a new air conditioner. They are extremely professional & truly care about their customers. When my air went out they had someone come out the same day. Tim spent an hour looking at everything related to my unit to make sure he found every problem I was dealing with. He was also very thorough with explaining everything to me & my options. Upon learning we needed a new unit (due to another company ruining mine), they brought me window units to get me through the weekend! I feel like they went above and beyond & I am so grateful.

Great company and they’re very knowledgeable. They also text you a picture of the person who’s coming to service your a/c unit. A nice safety precaution. Highly recommend.
These guys were great. I had a small issue with AC and after my call they were prompt and knew what they were doing. Highly recommend.
We called Riley this afternoon because our AC went out and within 45 minutes Shawn was here and had our unit repaired in no time at all. Our motor had gone out and he had one on his truck which was very impressive. The customer service was outstanding. We will definitely refer anyone who needs AC service to Riley's and if we ever have issues again they will be the only call we make. Thanks guys you all are the best.
