We have been with Maddie Maids for over a year, being one of their firsts clients. We were thoroughly satisfied with the services. My 4 year old daughter has severe dust allergies that triggers asthma attacks, so dusting is big for us. This past month we've had to contact Karen twice to notify that under the bed wasn't touched, and that dust is a big part of the cleaning for our family. Mind you we have had 2 complaints in over a year of service. When my husband send this message with actual pictures of how bad it was, this was the response we got in short- "We are no longer a good fit to clean your home with the recurring areas of concern. Thanks again for business."
They are absolutely amazing! Even though the clean took twice the time they thought they didn't charge more, and were very meticulous in getting everything done! My husband and I moved into a rental that was not very clean, and after having some repair work done really needed a good cleaning. They did a fabulous job and we'll be using them for regular biweekly services too! Thank you so much Maddie Maids!
