When it comes to pleasing residential property managers, nothing is more important than making certain we monitor and cover the details. Nobody likes surprises! Consider for a moment, we are in the middle of August and the temperature has been in the 90's for the last 10 days. The tenants are not watering and the yard is drying up.

Mulch Service can only be purchased along with a current Clean Up Service or a Gardening Service. Imagine a garden where the plants look healthy and the ground below them looks clean and inviting. Do you want to perk up your garden while improving its visual appearance? Let's add some mulch. There are several colors to choose from. A top layer of mulch is important for improving your garden quality as it helps with water retention, improving fertility, health of the soil, reduces weed growth and dresses up your yard to look clean and beautiful.

Now you can book your yard clean up based on a budget you choose. Pricing for your service is based on a 2-man crew for an hour. You can select how many hours you want. Our minimum charge is $148 dollars (1 hour/ two man crew). Any time spent over the first hour will be pro-rated, you will only pay for the time spent cleaning the yard. Every lawn at home or business needs proper tender loving care to grow to its full potential. This requires a systematic regular fertilizing service and weed control program for your lawn and garden. Mueller Landscape has knowledgeable lawn treatment experts who know how to provide regular meticulous fertilizer treatments for all kinds of grasses. We use cyclone spreaders for the interior portions of lawns and drop spreaders for lawn and garden edges to ensure fertilizer and weed-control treatments are only applied where useful and needed.
