Ben was born in San Diego, California but raised in Vancouver, Washington by his dedicated single father and loving grandparents. He is newly married as of September 2018. He joined the Interstate Pest Management team in October 2018 and loves the true sense of family and camaraderie the Company provides. He will finish his Bachelors in Criminal Science in June 2019. He hopes to one day also certify as an Entomologist so he can continue to increase his knowledge with pests and combine it with his passion of criminal science to act as an investigator or expert witness within the field of Forensic Entomology.

TJ was born in Great Falls, Montana but raised in Longview, Washington. He joined the Interstate Pest team in 2015 as a Pest Control Technician. Since then he has become the teams Service Technician Manager, and enjoys training and educating his service technicians about pest control. He is a certified pesticide applicator in Oregon and Washington. TJ enjoys working with customers to investigate and solve their various pest problems.

Don was born and raised in Central California and has been with Interstate Pest Management since 1998. As a pest control technician, he serves our residential, commercial, and industrial pest control customers. He is certified in both Washington and Oregon. He enjoys the diversity of people and different situations involved day-to-day at Interstate Pest. In his free time, Don loves to spend time with his family, 7 grandkids, and his dachshund Maggie. He also enjoys camping, fishing, boating, and woodworking.

Brad was born in The Dalles, Oregon before moving to Kelso, Washington when he was in the 2nd grade. His dad started the Kelso branch of Interstate Pest Management and is the third generation of Thorstenson's to work at Interstate Pest Management. Brad started working at the company in 1978, before buying his dad out in 1993. Brad is licensed in both Oregon and Washington, and as the President, his job is to keep everything going in a forward direction. His favorite aspects of his job are solving problems and building relationships with clients and the team.

Seren was born and raised in Longview, WA. Seren joined Interstate Pest Management in January 2017, and prior to that she came to us with years of customer service experience from working at a call center. Seren is one of our Customer Service Representatives, and does a great job at providing customer support. Seren strives to provide a great customer service experience, and does a great job at building relationships, resolving complex issues, and achieving customer loyalty. Seren loves being able to go to work every day with her best friend, Tasha.

Karrie joined Interstate Pest Management in September of 2016 and works as one of our Customer Service Representatives. Karrie provides support to our customers to help address and resolve all their needs. She understands that every customer's needs are unique so she always makes sure to listen, understands, and help come up with a plan of action to make sure all needs are met and resolved. Karrie loves her job and it shows. Karrie says that her favorite parts about working at Interstate Pest Management are the people she works with and being able to build relationships with our clients.
