McKeyan, and Jason were awesome! The yellow jacket nests are gone, spiders have been cleared away, product sprayed, yard managed, crawl spaced protected, and rodent traps down (and not sore on the eyes). Time will show how well the products work in the long term, in addition to quarterly maintenance. This review is based much on the amazing customer service, awesome attitude, professional yet personal demeanor, and just being generally good people. It helps that they knew what they were talking about of course! The service was quick, and had little impact on our family, and pets. I've never wanted to pay for someone to do this, but McKeyan was on point, with her great personality. He followed up a couple of time before, and after service, and checked in not only on how things with the service went, but just chatted in general (great way to build relationships)!

I was approached by an attractive young lady representing Croach services and she recommended a three phase treatment to get rid of my ants. I agreed to it and went on with my hurried business that day due to having to leave town for another week that day. She later went to my wife, had her sign a contract for what I assumed was the three treatments for ants which turned out to be a 12 month service. When I tried to cancel the service they hung the remaining 12 month bill and then some on me. Their website had a place to request a payment plan, I sent my request for same, two months went by and no answer until Nationwide Collections called demanding the payments. These people are crooks. I do not recommend Croach Pest Services to anyone.
I have always been pleased with the service! Although I did recommend a few customers and never received my referral discount I am very happy with the service. A little more expensive that the other companies but they got rid of the sugar ant issue we had and every visit they communicate well and make sure everything is addressed.
