This service is necessary in late Fall when we use a commercial grade air compressor to blow all water out of the system to prevent freezing and cracking of the underground piping. The main valve connecting the emergency back flow preventer to the main water pipe of the residence is also turned to the "OFF" position at this time. This service is completed in late March when we make certain your irrigation system is fully operational following the Winter season.
