He went over and above to solve the issue, and it was fixed right there on the spot. He even offered to tweak some settings to better fit our needs. Pricing was extremely reasonable. First experience with Woodfin. Will definitely think of them again if another issue arises!
Update: A team of Woodfin folks were at the house first thing this morning. The issue was poor wiring of the HVAC and splitting the system to two breakers. It was not a Woodfin issue. They took ownership though and reinforced my belief In Excellent customer service. Very impressed that they fixed it, explained it, and went above and beyond.
Midday on a windy Friday when thousands of people were without power, Woodfin promised a technician to determine why our generator wasn't working. Woodfin did not disappoint. Having a service agreement with them is one of the best investments a homeowner can have. Good job, ya'll!
