Landscape Impressions, established in 1997, is a locally owned and operated landscaping company with over 30 years of combined landscaping experience. President and Owner Drew Hummer is a graduate of Penn College with a degree in Landscape and Nursery Technology. Our extensive experience and unique skill set enable us to provide all aspects of residential and commercial landscaping, from scheduled lawn maintenance to comprehensive landscape design architecture, including patio construction, landscape lighting, brick pavers, backyard ponds and more.
At Landscape Impressions we have high standards and our goal is to use only the highest quality landscaping products available. We define quality by evaluating the materials, quality, safety, and appearance of all of the products we carry - from brick pavers and Pergolas to outdoor grills and fireplaces. We are buying agents for our customers and not the selling agents for the manufacturers. Aside from our own Retail Yard we have the distinct pleasure of working with a number of well-known suppliers.
Hardscaping is one of our many specialties. Hardscaping, in the practice of landscaping, refers to the paved areas like streets and sidewalks, large business complexes and housing developments and other industrial areas where the upper soil profile is no longer exposed to the actual surface of the Earth. Typical hardscape features include brick patios, brick sidewalks and pavers. Retaining walls are often used to create boundaries between hardscapes and earth landscaping features, or softscapes.
