BEST is an approved applicator for virtually every type of roofing system. These systems are installed by experienced crews which have been factory trained in that specific system. Our experienced account managers can counsel and provide solutions for all roofing concerns to meet the client's building requirements and budget objectives. BEST installs, repairs and maintains built-up roof systems (BUR), all variations of single ply systems, metal roofing, polyurethane foam systems, modified bitumen, shingle and tile systems.
We apply and install waterproofing below grade, between slab, on walls, decks, caulk windows and cold joints. We waterproof parking structures, parking and plaza decks, and subterranean garages. The installation of expansion joints of all types falls under our waterproofing division. BEST can Waterproof the exterior walls and if required change the color. Many walls have caulked joints as part of the construction. When these joints deteriorate we are able to clean out the old caulking and install new backer rod and elastomeric caulk.
General, roof related and architectural sheet metal items and detail components for various metal systems are fabricated in our sheet metal shop. Wall Panels Systems installed include composite, insulated, standing seam and corrugated panels in several choices of metals and finishes such as aluminum and zinc. Metal roofing systems are possibly the fastest growing segment of the non-residential roofing market. This is because metal offers a large selection of styles and colors and has a reputation for longevity.
Our Glazing Division provides and installs curtain walls, storefronts, aluminum windows, window wall, strip windows, structural and point supported glass wall, slope glazing, operable and fixed window systems, wind shields and glass railing systems. Installations are made in varying types and styles of glass ranging from blast and bullet resistant, e-glass, insulated systems, spandrel and tempered.
