Scandroli Construction Company is a fourth-generation firm, established in Winnebago County in 1907. Brothers and partners, Joseph and Carl Scandroli, have directed the company's operations since 1976. The strength of Scandroli Construction goes beyond its balance sheet and list of successful local projects. It is found in the principles that continue to guide its operation. A successful project starts with a thorough pre-construction phase. Our primary goal during the pre-construction period is to form, maintain, or improve the stated budget and schedule. We direct the budget development process, provide the owner and design team with timely input on cost and construction alternatives, and monitor the availability of labor and material resources. At the start of construction, we assume all the duties of a full-service general contractor. This provides the owner with a designated point of responsibility for all construction phase activities.
