Failure to call us back. Missed appointment. I have several jobs I want completed. Decided to start them on the least expensive to gauge their customer service. Guess a $6k job isn't enough to entice them. Went to Rich Murray granite instead 2 weeks ago. Already have countertop ordered. Called us back in 2 days to follow up with us. Would not recommend prairie home alliance.
