AD Roofing was founded in 1998 as a two-man company by Aaron Dwyer, who worked for another roofing company before venturing out on his own. Since then, we've grown into a professionally licensed, fully insured roofing and home improvement contracting business in Southeastern Wisconsin — employing 15 full-time employees with a combined 60 years of roofing experience. AD Roofing is committed to providing the finest products and service to its customers in Milwaukee, Waukesha, Washington, and Ozaukee counties.
Since 1980, Roofing Products International, Inc. has been supplying our quality EPDM single-ply roofing systems. RPI has always been in the forefront of this expanding technology, with our field-proven application techniques for all types of roofing projects whether it be for new constructions or re-roofing. A system often used for installations with unusual or odd-shaped contours. Fully adhered systems install with a continuous, even surface, have no mechanical penetration of the membrane and add minimal weight to the deck.
More than 30 years ago, Alcoa developed the "free-floating" hanger system for aluminum gutters and downspouts. Since then, this design has become a standard in the industry. It's the beautiful, durable, economical alternative to so-called "seamless" gutters. Complete any new construction or home remodeling project with a Reynolds Raincarrier System, engineered and manufactured to resist weathering, staining and "tiger-striping". All components - gutters, downspouts, elbows and accessories - come with Reynolds Reynoguard, the super tough coating that offers superior resistance to the elements, combined with easy cleanability for the home owner.
A new roof is a big job. And a big investment. That's why we strongly recommend that you hire a professional roofing contractor who can offer proven experience, a written estimate and worry-free installation. Gather samples of all existing permanent colors showing on the home's exterior. Assemble the samples in proportionate sizes- large samples for predominant colors and small ones for details. Although the roof color may be the largest in total square footage, use only the percentage that can be seen from the street to determine sample proportioning.
