Aluminum and LP Composite Soffits and Fascias that are Perfect for the Greater Milwaukee Area. One of the benefits of working with Integrity Roofing is that one of the owners of the company will be talking with you personally about your soffit and fascia choices. We offer vented and non-vented soffits. We offer Aluminum and LP Composite soffits and fascias. Aluminum soffits and fascias are strong, long-lasting, and low maintenance, and they're environmentally friendly! LP Composite is an engineered wood that has four added components that protect against impacts, freeze/thaw cycles, humidity, fungal decay, and termites.

These certifications mean that we offer extended manufacturer backed warranties which include materials and labor costs. A non-certified roofer could install the same shingles and the warranty would be shorter. Or worse, they could install the shingles incorrectly and void the warranty altogether! We are licensed by the State of Wisconsin. You won't get a slick sales pitch from our salesperson.

You won't get a slick sales pitch from our siding salesman. Why? Because we don't have any! By not employing sales people we can keep our prices low (no commissions to pay). And you can rest assured that there won't be any slick sales pitch or high pressure sales tactics. You won't get quoted an artificially high price and then offered a "discount" if you "sign today." You want a big drain. The downspout is the drain of the gutter system. You want a big, 3" by 4" downspout, not a wimpy 2 by 3. Let's do the math: 3x4=12 and 2x3=6, and 12 is twice as much as 6. You want to move twice as much water away from your foundation, as quickly as possible. Oh, and here's where we use zip screws, on the downspouts. Why? Because you might want to move them someday. Maybe you need to direct the water to a different area, or your landscaping changes. We're thinking ahead for you.
