In 1953, with one pick-up truck and three employees, Glen L. Spaid, Harlan G. Orndorff and Loring Orndorff Jr., founded "Orndorff & Spaid, Inc". We have since been in continuous operation since 1953, specializing in all types of commercial roofing. The family owned business instills the same goals as our founder, we value the importance of a firm commitment to experienced personnel, well maintained equipment, and quality workmanship. We continuously employ over 175 full time trained personnel and operate over 100 pieces of over the road equipment.
