I used these guys in the past and things seemed ok. Tried to use them again for a simple task of fixing some hose bibs. They were supposed to get out last week but did not show up or notify they weren't going to make it. I call to see what happened and the SERVICE MANAGER said "we just didnt get to it but we can come out at the end of the week. However this time you will need to make sure you are there to pay us as soon as we are done." Mind you, last time they sent me an invoice and I was able to mail a check. Terrible customer service this time around, and now I have to really scramble to get some water going so my grass doesn't die. Thanks a ton Thomas Brothers for a week long delay of letting a customer know of the new motto "up yours"
They treat employees like shit. Don't pay their employees. 99% of employees do not have apprenticeship cards.
