Had a slow draining shower drain, so I called them to see if they could help. I chose Raptor because I saw that they were a local family operated business. Not an emergency, but they immediately responded, and were able to come out the same day. They solved the problem right away, and were so professional and friendly. I will definitely use them for any plumbing problems I may have in the future. Yelp profile still shows San Diego location, but we just moved to Spokane, and glad to have found a honest and reliable plumbing company here.

I was very happy with every aspect of their service. I had an urgent issue and they were able to get me in the next day, which I really appreciated. They did a temporary fix, ordered parts, and came back on my next available day I had off work to finish the job. The price was very reasonable. The plumber who came answered all of my questions thoroughly.

After many failed attempts on other Plumbing companies, Josh was dispatched to my old farm house built in the early 1900s ... in which he diagnosed the issue in less than 30 mins. We have had attempts but not ever getting to the bottom line of our issue and now we have. I am forever thankful for Josh's hard work in finding the issue in which many have not. I recommend 1000% !

I am SO impressed with everyone I dealt with at Raptor Rooter Plumbing. Kristina in the office was wonderful to work with on scheduling and telling me which technician would be going to my rental. The renter thought they cleared the plug but we decided to have it checked out. Jason was thorough in troubleshooting but could not get it to replicate the issue. He was polite and explained what he tried to the tenants. He assured them he could come back if it happened again, just call but he felt the issue was resolved. And he did not even charge for a service call. Raptor Rooter Plumbing is on my repairman list. I will call them for all my plumbing needs!!

My experience with Raptor Rooter and Plumbing was superior! I received a call back right away, they came out to assess the problem, within a day, and within two more days, I had a new, working water heater. They men I dealt with, were great communicators, they were fast, and accurate. Don't see great service like this much! I HIGHLY recommend them!

This is simply based on service.
I called in the morning just at opening at 8am. The receptionist picked up promptly. And this is why I gave any stars at all.
But the good news stopped there.
She abruptly let me know they couldn't come by our home until 6 days later.
It was urgent so I asked if we could be put on the waiting list, hoping that we would get bumped up. She repeated rudely that they couldn't see us 'till Thursday. I asked again if we could get on the wait list. Nothing. She had Hung up on me.
Never again.

Showed up early for our appointment (after calling first) which worked out great for me. Diagnosed the problem, explained it to me, and gave me an estimate. Finished the job in about an hour, and i have had no further problem. Professional, prompt, friendly and polite. Recommend without hesitation.

These guys are fast and friendly and were available to help us with our water heater on the day we called. The first day they came to see if it could be repaired (no) and then I called for them to install the new one and they were able to within the next few hours. They did a great job and were awesome. I will be using them to do a drain repair next. It wasn't a cheap job, but it was well worth the price! I know we could have done it ourselves, but we probably would have messed it up!
