Harold G. Butzer, Inc. has actively engaged in design/build projects since 1970. As your full-service design/build contractor our engineering and construction team will provide complete construction management and contracting services. This delivery method allows the owner to have a one-source responsibility for design, fabrication, installation, start-up and commissioning of their mechanical and plumbing systems. Ultimately this reduces the amount of changes during the construction phase, eliminates the need for outside consultants and saves time and money.
Our state of the art fabrication facilities at Harold G. Butzer, Inc. enable us to meet the most stringent of requirements whether they are schedule related, quality driven or cost sensitive. We perform custom ductwork fabrication ranging from light gauge air distribution systems to heavy gauge industrial ventilation systems. Sheet metal fittings and ductwork can be produced directly from computer produced drawings and downloaded directly to our plasma cutting tables and automated coil line. The fully automated coil line produces insulated and non-insulated rectangular ductwork ready for field installation.
