How important is indoor air quality to you? Do you or your family suffer from asthma, allergies, or even a sensitivity to mold or pollen? We have many options available that will reduce the presence of indoor air contaminates, allergens, and dust. Your first and most accessible option is a pleated air filter. Air filters should be inspected monthly and changed at least every 60-90 days depending on the number of people and animals you have living in your home. Here are some examples of what happens to parts of your HVAC system if you DO NOT change your filters regularly.
Pleated filter media covers a larger surface area and removes more unwanted dust and particulates without extensively compromising your system's air flow. There are a variety of pleated filters on the market that filter out a list of particulates from your indoor air such as mold, bacteria, pet dander, and even cigarette smoke. To our families, friends, and customers we recommend using standard pleated filters like the one pictured here. If you are interested in even more extensive air filtration options, give us a call and we will discuss the best options we have available to install directly into the duct work of your current system.
Your water heater not only heats the water for your home, but if it is an older model, it can affect the quality of your water. Having your water heater serviced and checked regularly will ensure that it is running efficiently and properly without polluting your water. Do you have concerns about the quality of your indoor air? We can conduct some extensive tests and produce a qualitative analysis of the IAQ in your home. Do you love new tech? Are you the type of person who wants to have the most possible control over your level of indoor comfort?
Modern AC equipment is designed to change the humidity and the temperature in the enclosed space where it is installed. The systems we install start at an entry-level 13 SEER and range in efficiency to a Super High-Efficient 20 SEER. When your Air Conditioning System needs to be repaired it is often on the hottest days of the year. You will want your repair to be completed as quickly and efficiently as possible. The reasons for the issue can vary so your entire system should be thoroughly checked to ensure the correct problem is identified and repaired.
If you've ever had your furnace fail during a bitterly cold evening, you know the value of maintaining your heating system. Regular maintenance plans can help prevent unwanted loss of heat and costly repairs in even in the harshest of winter months. But, when you experience a loss of heat, we will be happy to thoroughly inspect your furnace or heat pump and properly diagnose your issue for repair or replacement. Many homes are still heated with 65% efficiency models, however modern examples of gas furnaces reach levels up to 98% efficiency.
Another great spring checkup of my ac. Ethan did a great job and answered any questions I had. Recommend their annual maintenance plan for peace of mind and no worries throughout the year.
Everyone from the project manager, office staff and technicians were all very helpful, polite, patient, and professional (emphasis on patient). They answered all my concerns through the entire project. My entire HVAC system had to be replaced due to age so I had many questions. The techs did a wonderful job installing all the new stuff. My new totally outside unit looks 110% better than the old one. All the debris was removed so you don’t even know they were here. It was a pleasure working with them. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
Great customer Service.

These guys are the best! Justan and his team took great care of us! We were without air during the hottest time of this year, and they worked us in to their extremely busy schedule to get us comfortable again! They are old school hard working, and attention to detail.....very trustworthy business! I would highly reccomend them!
Used Queen City twice so far. Both times I was impressed by the the response and quality of service. The bill was less than the price quoted both times. One happy (and cooler) customer here.
