Kyle and the team were great! Called when they were about to head to my house, showed up when they said they would, took off their shoes, protected the floor and walls while cleaning out the mainline, did a thorough job and there were no surprises with the charges. Good customer service at reasonable rates. I've been a customer for over a decade and continue to confidently recommend them. Keep up the good work guys! I am a Home Inspector by profession. With the varying sewer companies I'm exposed to on the job, I can easily say Ron's is a superior service.

Cannot say enough about Ron The Sewer Rat and "gang". Every single person I came in contact with was knowledgeable, helpful, professional, respectful, educational and empathetic. Without going into detail, a previous sewer service company that snaked our line solely for a preventative maintenance request (no previous backups) ended up in 3 backups within 9 days of their first snaking.
Excellent service, I would recommend to anyone. Another company, through centerpoint's home service plus, was out 3 times, each time telling me it was all fixed. Well, it wasn't; I still had main drain overflows. Finally gave up on that company and called Ron. Lee figured it out in 30 minutes and fixed it! Very helpful, easy to understand, friendly, and very reasonably priced. Now, to cancel home service plus and rely on Ron.
Fantastic service, Lee came out in the evening and cleared our sewer line. The people I spoke with, Peter and Lee were very professional and thorough. Lee left the site clean and dry. They went above and beyond my hopes and expectations. I also thought their prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.
