I have used Janecky plumbing for several projects and they have exceeded my expectations every time. They do great work are respectful and clean. I recently had a neighbor call with an AC emergency on a 100 degree day. They called me for a referral. I texted Janecky for them and they came out and within hours of me calling. Most AC companies would have said your unit is too old and try to sell a new one. But they fixed the problem. They have compassion and the knowledge to to do what was right. Thanks

I called them via a family member recommendation when our kitchen sink started leaking. They were able to come out 2 days later to complete the install of the sink, which was wonderful. Very nice, prompt service tech and he did an excellent job.

It went well. They moved the stacked washer/drier combo to the left in the small closet to allow better access. This made the soap/softener sliding drawer interfere with the door frame. I cut a small piece out of the door frame and everything works well. The new position is definitely the best.

Excellent experience!!!! I contacted their office, got an immediate response to my call, and had an appointment for a two hour window, for my non-emergency issue, within two days of my initial call. Nate showed up just a few minutes after the start of the service window, and was done within an hour. He was pleasant, professional, skilled, and cleaned up the water in the area even more thoroughly than before he'd arrived. There were no crazy upcharges, no haggling about a price ... just a problem solved! It's an approach I very much appreciate when it comes to services in my home! I will definitely use Janecky Plumbing for any future plumbing needs!

The install went great. The crew was very personable and professional. We did have the plumber come back to fix one thing. There was a pin-hole size slow leak in one pre-made piece of copper pipe that they purchased from a supplier. It was so small that it practically had to be examined with a magnifying glass. The instant we noticed and reported it, the plumber came out immediately to replace it with a different part. The service was excellent. We would rehire them.

They were able to get in and get the work done quickly. They let me know what the plan was going to be ahead of time. They did exactly what they said that they were going to do. They even cleaned up the mess that was associated with the job. Very friendly and respectful crew. I would definitely have them back.
