Louis' belief in the golden rule - treating people how he wanted to be treated - led the company to offer clean, quality, timely service at a fair price. Tom, Louis' son, joined the company when he was just 16 years old. His father schooled him in not only the technical aspects of his plumbing and HVAC work but also the necessity of respecting the customer.
