Since 1984, we've collaborated with many architect and engineering firms to complete a wide range of commercial and industrial projects.

DeSalvo Construction created a sequencing plan to accommodate the dealership's flow of vehicle inventory. We also provided value engineering services to several scopes of work such as snow control systems and overhead sectional doors. Contracts for the various projects ranged between $750,000 to $1.25 million depending on site, building prototype and zoning requirements. All buildings consisted of a PEMB with Standing Seam roofing system, and all projects included an energy management system. Many buildings included masonry exterior veneer walls.
