If there was a 0, that is where I would rate Rhiel Supply. I have been waiting since DECEMBER to have my Hot tub fixed and it is almost APRIL. They have set up appointments and not shown up, once because their employee quit! And that employee had already called to say they were on their way to my house! Then that same employee that supposedly quit shows up at my house the next time they do decide to show up for their appointment! FOUR times they have been to my house and my hot tub is still BROKEN! I purchased my hot tub from them! AND they still charged my card they have on file for their service or should I say LACK OF SERVICE. The last I heard from Rhiel Supply, which has been a MONTH AND A HALF, they were waiting for a part! The part that is likely broken because of their lack of service and my pipe bursted while waiting for them. BUT, they still charge the customer! Wondering where this part is coming from that I have been waiting months now! Time to call the Better Business Bureau!
