Haas Construction Management, LLC (HCM) is a construction services firm founded in 2003 and headquartered in Northern New Jersey serving individual, corporate, industrial and institutional clients primarily in the tri-state area. We are a multi-faceted organization capable of acting in the capacity of Owner's Representative, Project Manager, Construction Manager, Design/Build Contractor and General Contractor. In addition and in support of these activities and in order to more effectively service our clients, Haas Construction Management also employs a number of expert craftsmen and trades people, and maintains direct ownership of a significant amount of machinery and equipment for the use of these personnel.

Due to the depth of skills, knowledge and experience of our team, HCM has the ability to act in several capacities to achieve the goals of our clients. As an Owner's Representative and/or Project Management consultant, HCM is the single point of contact for the client and takes the lead role for the project team. We also become the client's advocate for all issues during the preconstruction, construction and post construction phases of the project. When operating in the capacity of General Contractor, HCM controls the bidding and construction process for our clients at a pre-negotiated "lump sum" price based on the drawings and specifications provided.
