Until launching his own flooring business in 2005, owner Calvin Hoang began working for his father's flooring company back in 1998. He worked for his father's flooring business before beginning C H Hardwood Floors, and studied the techniques of refinishing and installation. Calvin Hoang credits the success of his company with his customer care approach. For each installation and refinishing project, C H Hardwood Floors applies a quality management approach. Calvin Hoang inspects the subfloor for hidden problems such as termite damage and squeaky hardwood floor boards before any work begins, which helps the customer prevent potential repairs.
