Valenti did a nice job installing our 1st floor hardwoods, which we had purchased new from another vendor. However, they have been painfully slow refinishing our upstairs hardwoods and completing the finishing work throughout the house. There are about a dozen spots in each bedroom that need to be refinished before we can put area rugs down and set up our furniture. We are also still waiting for the final wood saddles and trim to be completed by them. It has been over a week and a half and we have no timeline from them. Unfortunately, the urgency to complete the job correctly is not there and it's frustrating feeling as though we must chase them and stay on top of them to complete the job to the standard they had promised. Phil seems well-intentione d but at this point we just want to get settled with our family and this is the major part keeping us from that.
