Richard Kees with his wife, Shirley, founded Quality Crafted Homes in 1985. Richard's love of home building was inherent, and for that reason Quality Crafted Homes has developed into the family owned company that it is today. From Richard and Shirley's three children, Denny, Pam, and Duane, and now extending into the third generation of family members, everyone brings their own unique talents and perspective to the company. We find that family participation based on loyalty and dedication to a single cause, has strengthened our company through the years, and will continue to do so in the years to come.

This beautiful Quality Crafted Homes' villa offers open concept living with two fireplaces. The front den features a fireplace that is visible on the exterior elevation, giving this villa a unique and charming look. This home also features a pass-thru laundry room from the master closet, allowing for easy access. Graystone at Timber Ridge is an exclusive Quality Crafted Homes villa community with low villa dues and is located with immediate access to the Pufferbelly Trail.

We build within a 75 mile radius of Fort Wayne. Over the years we have built as far North as Coldwater, MI and as far South as Celina, OH. If you already own your lot and there aren't any restrictions on builders, we can build there - or you can select from one of our various home sites.
