Lynn Delagrange Inc. considers it an honor to have been contracted to construct another facility for the owners of Shigs in Pit restaurants. This structure is their 3rd location, and is located on St. Rd. 14 just west of Interstate 69. The north restaurant as well as the southwest location were designed by the architectural firm Kelty Tappy Design, Inc. Although the design is much the same as the north location, customers have more parking and additional seating available in the restaurant as well as on the dining patio in the rear.
This area is blessed with many talented architects and designers from which to choose to design your dream home or commercial project. We respect their abilities and, through the years, have established very good working relationships with many of these professionals. As an alternative, we do offer design services as well. In fact, Lynn has designed over half of the homes and conceptually designed many of the commercial projects that we have built since the company was established in 1985. This service is included for no fee if we are selected as your contractor for your project.
We can help in designing your new home or we can build off of your architect's plans, whichever you prefer. An extremely important factor in determining the total value of the project is product specification and with our years of experience we can assist you in tailoring the products that best fit your needs with your budget. Once the plans and specifications have been completed we can help determine the best placement for the home on the building site. We will obtain all permits and governmental approvals prior to the start of construction.
We are a general contractor providing design-build services for residential homes, vacation homes and lake cottages, remodeling & room additions and light commercial buildings as well. We provide design services or can work off plans provided by the customer's architect. We will consult with the customer as to which product types and brands we feel are best suited for a specific application and develop a Description of Materials for the project. We coordinate the subcontractors who will be performing the work on the project by using computerized scheduling.
We believe that just because your project is commercial in nature, it should not be a forgone conclusion that the quality of workmanship will be anything less than what is expected in residential construction. Our approach is no different whether the project is for your residence or if it is for your business home. Obviously some of the materials used in commercial projects are required by building codes and are different from residential products but you can expect the same quality of workmanship we are known for in residential construction.
