The tricounty area has become overdeveloped and overpopulated. Every one of you developers that have flocked in like vultures to build new neighborhood after neighborhood, and all of the apartment complexes shooting up, and all of the new shopping centers to appease the residents of the new developments are ruining Charleston and surrounding areas. You're taking a BEAUTIFUL, HISTORIC area and absolutely destroying it with overdevelopment. It's truly disgusting, especially when all of the overdevelopment, and the drastically changing dynamics of the tricounty area has resulted in natives, some of whom are from GENERATIONS of natives, making the heartbreaking decision to move away from the area. I hate what has happened to the Lowcountry, and it appears that you guys won't stop until every little bit of land is developed. You are all completely unethical, and it's clearly evident that you do not care one bit about the fact that MANY, MANY natives and long-time residents do not want this overdevelopment to continue. All of you developers, and the local representatives who keep approving each development after development, you all need to be kicked out of SC.
