We offer a variety of exciting resurfacing products for your pool and spa. Commonly referred to its brand name of "Deco Seal". The narrow, rubbed based joint found between the coping and the deck. It expands and contracts with weather variations and provided protection for the coping, tile and decking. If it cracks over time, the coping and tile may become loose, eventually separate, and may cause damage to your pool. The charge to replace the mastic is minimal; especially is you consider the thousands of dollars you can run into replacing or repairing tile and coping.
Our service is available for residential pools only, we do not provided service for commercial pools. In addition, we only service "in-ground" gunite pools, and we do not service pools with a vinyl liner. Our pool cleaners are all trained and equipped with everything they will need to clean your pool. They will always arrive in a company marked (clearly visable) truck so there is no confusion. We maintain GPS tracking on all our vehicles, and require them to sign your timer card each and every visit.
We offer over 800 tile samples to choose from. We also have convenient showrooms you may visit locally to aid in the selection of your special tile, coping and plaster. You will easily be able to visualize the special design you select to encompass your pool and spa.
We finally cancelled our service today. Our pool technician was nice & we never doubted he was a good guy but had a couple mishaps & our hot tub doesn't get brushed & Judy in the office is beyond rude & unprofessional. We've had 2 pieces of equipment broken by our tech & both times nothing was said. The office has never helped us repair or replace our equipment. We had to buy ourselves a new skimmer bc they were going to charge $800 for damage their company did. Now we have a broken skimmer flap they stated don't believe our tech did but claim they will come fix it. Not holding our breath. Accidents happen, if you weren't there than don't blame the customers concerns & facts. Definitely don't recommend this company. Word of advice.be more courteous to keep customers & don't break things and never say a word about it then blame the customers.
American Pacific is by far the best pool company I have ever dealt with. They are always professional, always on time as scheduled (or they call to tell you of a delay), and their work is top notch!
We have had such great service! Even down to keeping us informed about issues and how we can better care for pool too! Chris is an amazing technician and the office is always willing to help guide us with any pool questions! We will absolutely use them again once we are settled in our new house and new pool is in the ground!
We wanted to remind everyone of the upcoming business closure. As we mentioned when switching to the new Monthly billing, we will be closing for two weeks during the year in order to allow our employees to spend time with family. The first closure will be this month for Thanksgiving (there will be NO pool service, office personal or regular field technicians provided the week of November 21st thru November 25th).
