Got here the same afternoon, which is worth alot, diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly, a garage door repair. Same day service was great! Service was great! Thought I was able to fix this myself but when I unscrewed the plate it was spring loaded. Tom fixed it faster than I broke it. He explained everything. Called on a Monday and they came Wednesday morning. Bobby was great. He was knowledgeable and friendly. He installed new belt drive motor, cables, rollers, sensors and opener. He made sure we were completely satisfied before he left and explained how everything worked, WiFi etc. This was my first time using Precision and I was very pleased with the service provided. I will definitely call them again in the future. I required emergency repair on my garage door and they were able to come out within an hour.
An absolute pleasure working with the folks at Precision. From the estimate to the install your team made the whole process as hastle free as possible. I will certainly recommend Precision to anyone that may need your services. I bought my condo five years ago and everything in it is sixteen years old -- in the past year I've replaced my water heater, HVAC and now my entire garage door system. Install team was very professional. Only reason I'm not giving a 5 star rating is because after 5-6 weeks wait time from the time of order they forgot or didn't have the window inserts that were ordered. Very pleased with my purchased of a new garage door and opener. Sales people in the Brick, NJ office were friendly and knowledgeable. Salesman that came to my home carefully looked over what I needed, offered suggestions, and provided experienced based feedback. Wait time for the door to be manufactured was reasonable (2 weeks).
