What do you do when the spring on your garage door breaks on the Saturday morning of the 3-day Memorial Day Weekend and you can't lift the garage door open. Under these circumstances, my wife and I appreciated that Precision Door KC answered our phone call on Saturday and scheduled the repairs for Monday (Memorial Day). There was no need to leave a message and wait for a return call next business day (Tuesday). Andrew arrived on Monday, assessed the problem and completed the repairs efficiently.

The garage door repair was done very professionally and the technician couldn't have been nicer. I will certainly recommend this company to anyone. Shelby came early and finished fixing our garage door quickly. He was professional, courteous, and funny. Will call Precision again- if needed and would recommend the company to family and friends. I called Precision because they provided excellent service in 2012. I was in a time crunch with my car inside my garage and the spring broke on the garage door.
Daray is the baum! Very proffesional and knows his garage stuff and he taught me how to oil properly (where to apply) and to never use wd40! And what a likable guy. Very glad I chose this company. 5 STARS for sure! We are extremely pleased with Precision. We had an unusual problem with our garage door but Woody was determined to fix it and did! We will definitely use this company again for all our garage door needs. A year and a half ago Precision door had installed new spring, rollers, and cables, etc. for my garage door and gave me "lifetime warranty at no cost for labor or parts."
