Hogan Land Services is a full service engineering company serving all of California that started with a strong desire to bring together the various disciplines required to gain entitlements (Permits) from the County agencies. We specialize in Civil and Structural Engineering, Septic System Planning, Land Surveying, Permit Assistance and Violation Resolution. Hogan Land Services specializes in structural engineering work for new residential structures, house remodel and addition projects, retaining wall designs, foundation designs, etc. In California, structural engineering must adhere to a set of governmental agency requirements know as the California Building Code (CBC). We work closely with architects, designers, geotechnical engineers, energy consultants, and contractors keeping clients need as the priority. Hogan's engineering team is well aware with the requirements of building codes and local jurisdictions to be able to provide complete package for getting the permit.

Our civil engineering team is licensed and experienced in projects such as: site grading, roads, street lighting, alternative septic design, water, and storm drain systems. We provide civil engineering solutions in the State of California, while balancing project design with cost effectiveness and site limitations. Our Planning Department provides land use entitlement and permit processing services. In collaboration with the local agency, our planners find solutions and incorporate efficiency during the project review and approval process. We focus on obtaining development-related approvals including use permits, zoning permits, lot line adjustments, subdivisions and design review.
