After you've moved into your new home, our Service Department will handle any and all concerns during the first year in your home. During your one-year "blanket warranty, " your concerns will be addressed and corrected in a timely manner and to your satisfaction. At the end of your one-year "blanket warranty, " we come to review your home again for service related issues to be repaired by our subcontractors and our Service Technician prior to warranty completion. Bob Buescher Homes meets and exceeds the Indiana Quality Assurance Builders Standards, which is provided in a booklet to all new homeowners at contract signing.

After an agreement has been signed and your selections have been made, the actual process of building your home takes roughly 24 weeks, as outlined below, although not all homes may fit this schedule.
We recently moved into our Bob Buescher home and couldn't be happier. The final result is very functional and more beautiful than we could have imagined when we started this journey. The craftsmanship and care that went into our house pleases us every single day. Bob was so helpful and knowledgeable throughout the design and site planning stage and the staff was friendly and responsive to our questions. We felt we were in good hands throughout the entire process. Jay and Jan had ideas to customize our home to fit our personality that keep us smiling every single day. Kim and Guy made sure the schedule was followed closely and there weren't many days when someone wasn't there creating our dream home. Jeff was informative on products and pricing and couldn't have been more kind or flexible to our changing ideas. Fred is a stickler when it comes to detail and craftsmanship and checks the house repeatedly to make sure the quality is up to his (and our) standards. Every subcontractor that we met took time to talk to us and answer our questions. All so kind and helpful.we couldn't have picked a better builder to create our forever home!

I would not build a home with Bob Beuscher Homes again. I have waited two years to write this review to let my mind fully assess our experience and view it with more objectivity. First, I will say the Amish crew who constructed our home were rock solid. Secondly, Bobbi and his craftsmen were excellent. Bob himself is a decent guy. Still, our experience was not an overall good one. We showed Jeff a design with pictures. Our house turned out nothing like our design. The company had no cad design tool with which to load or view the design on a computer to "walk through". Very difficult for a visual person to rely on blueprints. Secondly, the selections for tubs, lights, flooring, etc. is limited to their suppliers unless you want a major hassle. We are stuck with expensive vinyl flooring which is impossible to clean. The fireplace was totally misrepresented to us. We were not told of this box like radio thing which would need to be placed inside the firebox. The electric switch installed by the fireplace is useless. If you want a custom home, and you choose Beuscher Homes, be prepared to fight for it and be disrespected. If you want one of their cookie cutter homes with knock off ceilings, your experience with them will be better. However, one final caveat, they rushed the final walk through of the house before it was finished. We owed a nominal amount which we told them we would not pay until the house was finished. We offered to pay half of the remaining balance until completion of the house. Mind you, we had never been delinquent in any payment. Fred from their company refused, locked us out of our own house, and told us it was just business. Bob Beuscher himself intervened and within hours gave us the code to get into our house. Nonetheless, it left a bad taste in our mouth. So steer clear of Jeff and Fred, and realize they view you as just a cash supplier to them. They could care less abut you or your "custom" home. I've been treated much better by people with whom I've spent much less or nothing.
