I initially contacted Jacob's Ladder regarding a possible new roof installation, as most of the homes in my neighborhood were having their roofs replaced due to hail damage. After some initial miscommunicatio ns with my insurance company, Seth stepped up and got everthing straightened out and made the process very smooth and easy. The work was finished on time, and well within the insurance claim. Seth was very responsive and his crew showed up when he said they would. Very easy to work with. I recommend them very highly.
Very impressed from start to finish. We had a couple of doors and windows replaced and vinyl siding installed. We also had the front porch wrapped and railings replaced. Justin answered many questions, made suggestions, and exhibited great patience while we were deciding on colors, etc. No high pressure sales tactics. The crew showed up at the same time every morning and was polite and respectful. They did a great job cleaning up the site at the end of each day. We highly recommend Jacob's Ladder.
New Roof Installation. I know little about how to measure quality of roof installation but it looks great! The estimate and final price was fair; no surprises or additions. The speed of the project, from beginning to end, was incredible; the workers were diligent and only focused on the task at hand. The project manager, Justin, was very communicative and friendly. Though he was not at the site physically he was easily accessible through email. The cleanup was very good, I would say excellent but there were several loose nails (from removal) on the roof, so while the area around the house was clear initially, after a rain they came down. Though in their defense, there are so many nails in removal and installation that it has to be difficult to get them all. Nevertheless, regarding the quality, so far so good (no leaks or issues). Summary: roof looks great, good price, on schedule/fast and good customer service. I would do business with them again, and I do recommend their work. Thanks!
