Absolutely awesome! Communication was excellent and kept us appraised of the situation at all times .
We originally called a different company and the literally said they couldn't do the project for several months. Direct Awning came out right away, helped us select an awning that fit our needs, and gave us the best value for our money.
Our back patio was completely unusable due to the sun and heat. The temperatures are now at least 20 degrees cooler.
Couldn't be more pleased with Direct Awning.

Great !!! Direct Awnings & Doors are one the few companies that does what they say also helpful. Jay Roosa sent his best tech’s to fix a problem with my Carefree Awning that I could not get anyone else to assist us even the company Carefree of Colorado was no help but, Jay took this issue and had it fixed and more his staff never said we don’t do that but, rather we can fix it as well make it better than before. We are so grateful to this company for their knowledge, professionalism and most of all in today’s environment their honesty.

I am very happy with my recently purchased retractable awning. The installers Gerald and Glen were very courteous and know their stuff! They were in and out in less then 3 hours. I did have a slight problem with one of the arms, but Gerald was back the next day and had it working in 15 minutes. Since then my home has been MUCH cooler and the ac comes on 2-4 hours later then it used to. Thank you!

I was so thankful to have found these guys! We have an 1950s brick house with an old ugly awning out front we needed removed. We did not want to risk damaging the brick by removing it ourselves. We wanted to hire someone who knew what they were doing. These guys were easy to schedule with, on time and the cost was as quoted. Very good service. Thank you!
