They installed windows in my house in 2005 which was not an easy experience to begin with. Two weeks ago there was a pressure crack in one window. I have tried to reach Mr. Timbers for two weeks; if he HAS returned my calls, it is only to further put me off. If he does not want to fix the window, I wish he would at least be honest about it and help me find someone who can fix it. I find this so dishonest and not the way to run a business. I am very distressed. Would not recommend this company.
Doors with windows look nice, and they do allow you to see who is on your porch, but the window also makes them less secure and more vulnerable to break-ins. Food for thought.
