These homeowners got a whole new house without ever having to move. We gutted and redid the kitchen, living room, dining room, powder room, guest bath and master bath. We added new solid wood doors to all the rooms on. This 1924 Tudor needed a larger kitchen which required creating a bump-out addition to the back. As you can see we made the addition match so well with the rest of the house you might think it was original. These two adjoining condo units were owned by one couple who had previously used us to remodel one of the kitchens and one of the baths.
For this project we completely tore out all the old bathroom and reconfigured the layout with new framing. This provided more space and allowed us to create a bathroom suite complete with separate toilet room and a spacious walk in closet. We think the end result is quite stunning and so did the homeowner.
