I contacted Roell Painting to do some work for me at a town home I own in Maple Grove. I have owned the property several years as a rental property and my Realtor at Edina Realty told me to have the interior professionally painted before the property was listed. I contacted Roell Painting and was impressed with the professionalism, response time, and how fast they could get my project completed. Time was of the essence to me in order to get the property on the market before winter and I expressed that to Roell Painting. I was dealing with Nick and he assured me that he would provide me with an estimate and have the projected completed for me within 10 days. He even sent a crew over there on a weekend in order to get it completed. I never got a chance to see the work for myself but my Realtor at Edina Realty said it looked amazing and he was able to put the property on the market. Well it worked and the property SOLD within 2 weeks! Very happy customer here! Painting is a big deal. I absolutely do not have the talent to provide such a service; however my experience of the good work of the team of painters at Roell Painting uphold great integrity and willingness to make a project right no matter what. I had a situation in which paint splattered on my plants and shrubs and under the leadership of Isaac and Jacob, they made it right.
