Lake Country Builders focuses on exclusive clients in and around the Twin Cities area. Our main office is conveniently located in Excelsior. In 2002 we expanded to greater Minnesota and Northwestern Wisconsin. Our "design here, build there" capabilities are professional, detailed and cover every project aspect. We work closely with a small group of ASID professionals who tailor their services and fees to your specific needs. The Customer Care Coordinator Assistant is responsible for assisting with scheduling, coordinating and follow up with CC clients, vendors and carpenters. This is a full time opportunity starting at 32 hours a week.

Located in Wayzata just off the Luce Line Trail, this dated traditional home was lacking in function and space. Designed for a growing family, we transformed the existing dark wood cabinets, aging flooring, and fixtures with a free-flowing, contemporary LR, KT, and DR. It now features beautiful white oak wood floor throughout, black and white cabinetry, and stunning quartz countertops. With new decking, columns, and door at the front entry, we replaced the old handrail with a stunning custom-built wood rail.

From our humble "two person" beginning, we have grown to a staff of over twenty wonderful and talented people, all waiting to serve you with a smile. Founded by Pete and Sue Jacobson in 1976, Lake Country Builders leveraged Pete's love for carpentry and Sue's expertise in retail and customer service. Equipped with a tool-filled van, a will to succeed and a passion for helping customers realize their dreams, the company was built job by job, home by home and year by year.

We don't measure success simply by our bottom line. While we're building incredible homes, we're building a stronger community, too. Community involvement has always been a key part of our mission.
