Great job again! We hired Giron to do exterior paint on our house and large shop. Giron had done our roof, and we knew what a terrific crew does their work. We met with Jose a couple of times in preparation and the work was done in about 4 days. They are careful and thorough, and cleaned up completely after the work. Jose came out again afterward to do a walk-through to make sure the job was done as we wished. Highly recommended!

We got bids from five separate companies before deciding to go with Giron Roofing. The presentation we received from Jose was thorough, with no pressure and very honest. We respected his opinion of what we needed. In the end, the job actually cost substantially more than the estimate, but Giron Roofing found that the builder of our 13-year-old home did a horrible job installing our roof. There was no flashing, especially in the valleys, and we had developed a leak or two … hence, the need for a new roof. More plywood underlayment was needed than predicted, also, but that wasn't Giron's fault. They did the job right, installing new plywood and flashing where needed, and I counted more than enough crew on our roof. They completed the job a half day over the estimated timeline, but heavy, unexpected rain slowed them down (again, not their fault; wasn't in the forecast). The crew worked extremely hard, showed up when they were supposed to, and were very friendly. They threw empty water bottles off the roof as they were drank, but not one bottle remained on our property when the job was finished. They did a great clean-up job, also sweeping the driveway and back patio with large magnets, looking for stray nails. We are sleeping better knowing that Jose and his crew have now given us a roof that will last beyond our lifetime, and we are extremely satisfied with the job.

We had Giron Roofing do a complete roof tear off and replacement recently. We really did our research when choosing a company to replace our old roof. We consulted with 6 different roofing companies and decided to go with Giron after researching their roofing product materials and reviews online. Eric was our contact person from start to finish and he was very personable, responsive and knowledgeable. We're happy with our new roof and the customer service Giron provided throughout the process!

5+ Stars. An amazingly efficient hard working crew is about to complete my new roof. Two days of synchronized experts stripping off original 20 yr old Pabco asphalt shingles to replace with lifetime warranted Oregon made Malarkey Vista Architectural AR Shingles. Environmentally designed to reduce smog, cleaner manufacturing with less waste, resists algae, upcycles materials(each roof diverts the equivalent of 5 rubber tires and 350 plastic jugs from the landfill and each roof has the smog-fighting potential of 2 or more trees.) Thank you Giron Roofing for an exemplary installation.

Roger was our salesman and was straight forward, honest and knowledgeable regarding the work that we wanted done. We had a total roof replacement with underlayment, new gutters and downspouts and painting of the exterior of the home done.
Their crews were professional, on time and worked fast to complete our projects, considering the weather issues they were able to complete the projects in about 5 total work days. Quite a feat considering the weather in Oregon in late April and early May.
We highly recommend Giron Roofing, Inc for any exterior work you may need done on your home.

From beginning to end Giron roofing was a great experience. We had received estimates from five roofing companies and Giron came out on top -- easily. From the no-pressure sales rep (thanks, Eric) to the value to the communication about when they would start work to final clean up, it was all done professionally. They started on a Wednesday and were finished (including new gutters) before Friday noon. I recommend this company without hesitation.

From our experience with Giron Roofing -- this is a great company with expertise and integrity They provided us with a roof replacement experience that was transparent, detailed, and focused on quality craftsmanship. They clearly communicated options, expectations, timeline and progress from the first meeting with Jose throughout each day that the crew was working. There was a clear chain of command from the top of the company down to the great crew who were actually on the roof. They were respectful, focused, disciplined, and worked a long, full day. There were three different individuals checking in during the project to ensure safety and high quality work. On the last day during his inspection the foreman insisted one of the valleys be redone because of the company's high standard of aesthetic. The valley would have functioned fine. We are so pleased with our experience with Giron Roofing. Our roof and the four new skylights look beautiful!

I would recommend Giron Roofing !!! Excellent customer service & they really back up their work for their customers. My family member had their roof replaced by Giron just a few years ago. Some high winds a few days ago knocked off some branches which resulted in damaging their roof. I contacted Giron on Sunday afternoon, and they came by on Monday (New years Eve) in the morning too fix the roof. They are totally awesome !!! Huge kudos and recommendations to Teo and Marco. Super customer service, patient, and professional.
