Engineered Designs, Inc. is a multi-discipline consulting engineering firm providing mechanical, electrical, fire protection, fire alarm, and plumbing systems designs as well as code consulting, energy analysis, and commissioning services. Located in the Raleigh area - Ginger Scoggins, P.E., CEM, LEED AP, CxA founded the firm in 1997 to meet a growing desire expressed by owners and architects for more personal involvement and commitment. Today, EDi employs 22 people and is structured into four distinct multi-discipline design teams, a commissioning team, plus a construction administration team.
