David and Andrea have lived in Chicago since 2014- moving from Southern California. David, is a licensed GC in the City of Chicago with experience since 2001 in remodeling many aspects of a home. From bathrooms, kitchens, remodeling entire home levels, and full house additions, to fences, porches, and decks- to name a few. David has the ability to add value to your home, and he has the know-how to add elements you are looking for your home. He is unwilling to compromise the job at hand. Andrea, a retired Special-Education teacher, manages the company from behind the scenes- taking care of the scheduling of estimates, the administration, and manages their Airbnb as well.
