Founded by owners and developers of multifamily and commercial real estate, 3F is a Chicago based general contractor that disrupts the traditional contractor-owner relationship. We think like developers and act likea general contractor. Our process is transparent and we understand what creates value for our clients. 3F specializes in the renovation and/or adaptive reuse of multifamily, commercial, condo, and single family home properties throughout Chicago. We can renovate up to 50 units a month in a single apartment building.
