If you want to attempt the repair yourself, we have the parts you need to accomplish this.

Do not mistake these for cheap garage doors! Occasionally, a door gets damaged in our warehouse or during delivery. The damage may consist of a scratch, a dent, chipped paint or some other minor imperfection. We sell these doors at a considerable discount on an "as is" basis to the do-it-yourself homeowner or contractor. We do not install any of these doors you must pick them up from our warehouse or we can deliver them for a nominal charge within the Chicagoland area. In addition to our B-grade factory seconds we have a large stock of clearance doors.

We all overlook the garage door springs until we can't open our garage door. The springs, along with the related parts that make up the door's counterbalance system, are what allow us to easily open and close the garage door by hand (or more commonly allow the garage door opener to easily open and close the garage door). The springs do the "heavy lifting" while the door opener simply automates the work of the counterbalance system. Our springs are available for sale, but we ask that you call our office at (708) 652-9405 before coming in to purchase.
