Please do not take off work or rely on their scheduling if going through them with your home warranty. If you choose to use them, please make sure you have a full supply of ibuprofen for the headaches that come along with it. I've never encountered this level of unprofessional- ism before when it comes to scheduling. 2 Weeks (that's almost half a month) and still waiting.after agreeing to take off work early so their employees could be here on more than one occasion. When a home warranty company grants you overtime and emergency status, I'd hate to see how long it takes you in a non emergency situation. My newborn son and wife thank you for your expedited service regarding this matter.
