Proper drainage can protect your interior from flooding and protect your exterior from standing water, which can lead to insect growth, grass and plants dying, and even physical injuries if water covers walking areas. Depending on the drainage type and location, the water may even be able to be recycled into an installed water feature or your irrigation system. While drains can be installed and maintained (as needed) throughout the year, it's advisable to install them before the spring and summer rainfall and storms arrive.
You approve our estimate, we setup your per-treatment billing (12-month billing available), and we get you on the schedule. You'll receive an email notification 1 day before each treatment as a reminder to have fence gates unlocked and pets secured. Our licensed technicians know how to treat your specific lawn, accounting for different grass, soil types, current year weather patterns, and additional factors. We offer per-treatment (traditional) billing or the easiest, most affordable option: a 12-month payment plan at no extra cost.
Our lawn, landscaping, and entire property maintenance plans provide you peace of mind all year round, or seasonally as needed. Turf maintenance lasts approximately 30-35 mowings, starting as early as February or March and finishing in October or November.
They're the focal point of any backyard environment and obviously go well with hardscape and softscape accents. Flowing water won't freeze in a typical Oklahoma winter, but you can choose to turn them off in October or November. Come February, we'll double-check your water line and then turn them back on. We can install water features anytime throughout the year. Usually, we install water features as part of a bigger installation so they'd be done at the same time as planting landscaping in the spring or fall.
Automated sprinklers allow you to keep your grass, plants, shrubs, and trees — your outdoor investment — looking better and lasting longer. Smart controllers can even sense recent rainfall to determine if the automated sprinklers should turn off for a period of time. We can even integrate your irrigation system with your drainage system or your water features to conserve even more water. Regardless of the time of year, sprinkler systems are ideally installed before sod is laid e.g. Installing an automatic sprinkler system in an established lawn or flower bed can be done year-round.
We offer pest control because it is a very valuable service. It can protecting you, your family, your animals, and even your yard from dozens of diseases and nuisances. Ants, moles, and gophers can create soft spots and mounds, which are unattractive and potential tripping hazards. Grubs and other bugs eat the roots of your grass, causing "dead spots" (patches of missing grass) and growing their population. Tell us what you have seen and are concerned about, and we will recommend a treatment plan to remedy those problems and prevent others.
