I have a brand New house with a Lennox heat and air system installed by Barbee Heat and Air. I moved in in mid August 2018. The a/c is not maintaining temperature. I found out after 5pm Friday 7/20/2018 and called their emergency phone number. They told me they only do warranty work Monday through Friday. The paperwork I was given says they provide a 1 year labor warranty says nothing about only Monday thru Friday. I would not use Barbee again since they do not back up their work.
Barbee's put a new system in my house 20 years ago, didn't put the right size unit in, no power shut off by the unit outside. Was here today with the new A/C guys when they pulled the old system out, duct work was never put together so I was heating and cooling my attic for the last 20 years! No telling how much money I wasted because of them. I have a friend that used them, same thing with his system.
